The fourth annual Inter-House Sports competition took place on Saturday the 13^th of February, 2010. It was full of fun and exciting activities ranging from track to field events. The programme commenced at about 12am with Mr. Jacob Komolafe and Mr. Kehinde Olowo as Masters of Ceremony and commentators. The Chairman and Chairperson of the occasion was Honourable and Mrs. Saka Sanmi-Lawal, Special Adviser to the Ondo State Governor. Other emminent Nigerians in attendance included Chief and Mrs. Olu Falae among others and lots of Prestonian parents. The four houses kicked off the event with their colourful and breath taking parade. The Queens of the houses came out looking very cute and beautiful. All the houses did extremely well in the march past. After this, the races started. Most of the athletics competition had been done during the heats. The races that took place on the D-day include 100m, 200m, 4x100m.   There was also the sack race and threading the needle competition and many other exciting races. Parents and staff members who ran well also got medals ranging from gold, silver to bronze. There were also visiting schools who came to witness our inter-house sports competition. At the end of the day’s events, Terra house emerged winner of this year’s Inter-house sports competition (this will be the fourth year of Terra House winning the first position), Tornado house came second, Aqua house came third and Shekinah house came fourth. It was a very eventful day and everybody really enjoyed the various activities.
